Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support
- Lead by example on the bar and set the tone for service, quality and energy.
- Support, coach and guide team members to help them grow and succeed.
- Help coordinate daily tasks, workflows and break cover to keep service smooth.
Service & Experience
- Deliver warm, friendly and enthusiastic service to members and guests.
- Drive a member‑first culture, ensuring every interaction feels special.
Product Quality
- Prepare juices, smoothies, coffees and healthy snacks to consistent, high-quality standards.
- Maintain stock levels, manage waste and support ordering processes.
Standards & Compliance
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic working environment.
- Ensure all food safety, health and club operating procedures are followed.
- Take responsibility for opening/closing routines where required.
Team & Club Culture
- Foster a fun, supportive environment where team members feel confident and appreciated.
- Support the wider club team and contribute to a positive atmosphere throughout the site.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, coffee shops, juice bars, or fast-paced service environments.
- Experience supporting or guiding others (formal leadership experience is a bonus but not essential).
- A positive, people-focused leader who thrives in lively, music-filled environments.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented person with a strong sense of ownership.
- Someone who can remain calm, confident and supportive during busy periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Able to lift 10–20 lbs.
- Comfortable handling sharp tools and working near hot equipment.
- Able to bend, crouch, reach and move quickly behind the bar.
