Your Mission
As Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind:
Commercial and Strategic Delivery
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, analysing performance data to identify revenue opportunities and manage costs effectively.
- Develop and execute regional plans that drive profitability, growth, and member retention.
- Balance commercial priorities with member satisfaction, ensuring sustainable business success.
Sales and Service Culture
- Drive a culture that unites exceptional service with strong sales performance, keeping member experience and business growth at the core of all decisions.
- Set and uphold high standards across all clubs, ensuring a consistent, premium experience that builds engagement, loyalty, and results.
- Empower teams with energy to understand member needs, deliver tailored solutions, and maximise opportunities for growth and retention.
Operational Leadership
- Provide clear direction and operational leadership across all clubs within the region, ensuring consistent delivery of company standards, processes, and policies.
- Lead the day-to-day management of club operations, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for members and colleagues.
Performance and Process Management
- Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement actionable plans that deliver results.
- Drive operational consistency through effective use of systems, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure all clubs deliver against KPIs related to member satisfaction, financial performance, and operational standards.
People Leadership and Development
- Lead, coach, and develop club management teams to achieve operational excellence and personal growth.
- Identify, nurture, and develop future leaders, building a strong internal talent pipeline for the business.
- Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, engagement, and empowerment.
Technology & Innovation
- Support the adoption of new technologies and systems that enhance operational performance.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement across all clubs.
